**Big Fat Smile is looking for casual and part-time educators to join our team in Before & **After School Care and Vacation Care.**

The shift work hours offer you the flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments while offering job security. With 13 Before and After School Care services within the Illawarra region, you will be able to find the perfect balance between work and life.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Before and After School Care Educator, internally known as Fun Club Educator is responsible for providing quality education and care to all children attending the service. The role is also responsible for building relationships with families and assists in developing and implementing the centre's program to cater for each child's needs.
