**Female Disability Support Worker | Preston, VIC**

Are you a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a dedicated FEMALE Disability Support Worker to join our caring team at a shared support hub in Preston, VIC.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Mobility Assistance: Experience with hoists, Sara Steady, and manual handling.
- Medication Support: Confident in safe medication administration.
- Domestic Skills: Meal planning, cooking client-specific meals, cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Strong Communication: Professional verbal and written skills essential; customer service experience a plus.
- BSP Knowledge: Experience following Behaviour Support Plans and understanding restrictive practices. Comfort in liaising with families is key.

**Shift (Permanent Part Time Role)**:
Set Fortnightly roster - MUST be available for all the shifts below:
**Week 1**
- Monday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Tuesday: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
- Wednesday: 1:00pm to 10:00pm
- Thursday:12:30pm to 10:00pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am to 12:00pm

**Week 2**
- Tuesday: 10:00pm to 6:00am (active night)
- Thursday: 6:00am to 10:00am
- Friday: 6:00am to 12:00pm

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability or similar
- Valid First Aid & CPR,
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient approach

**Pay Rates**
SCHADS Award PPT schedule E 3.1 (before tax), plus annual and personal leave
- Day Shift (Base Pay Rate): $33.03
- Afternoon Shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.16
- Active Night Shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $37.98.
- Saturday: $49.55
- Sunday: $66.06
- Public holiday: $82.58
