A career changing opportunity is currently available for a CRM & Web Content Specialist to join an elite, thriving marketing team on a F/T, permanent basis. **The Role**:
You will be responsible for designing and creating content across channels and purposes with a focus on ecommunications, web and database management. You will have the ability to manage end to end CRM campaigns, with an strong eye for content and developing and creating digital assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and build web content for the three websites (AU, NZ, IN)
- Content uploading
- Work with the marketing team to make sure consumer facing campaigns are integrated across our online distribution channels
- Create web content both visually and technically using CMS and HTML
- Manage customer lifecycle communications designed to support loyalty and ecommerce objectives including onboarding, lapsed, retention and reward & recognition programs
- Establish and implement best practices for database marketing processes, measurement, evaluation, data capture and maintenance.
- Manage APAC’s adoption of new ESP/ Automation/ Personalisation initiatives
- Work with Director of
- Loyalty & Marketing to develop, create and execute loyalty eCommunication plan
- End to end CRM Management ensuring alignment to the broader marketing and business strategies
- Produce copy & content for each piece of communication
- Set up, scheduling & testing of one time, recurring and triggered & dynamic content driven campaigns
- Use appropriate software to test campaign and send communications
- Work closely with the team in the US (including Loyalty, CRM, Analyst and Legal teams) for data access and content approvals.
- Regular reporting on acquisition, conversion and spend behaviour
- Report on health of the database

**Qualifications Required**:

- University degree in relevant field

**Personal Attributes and Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and needs to be extremely organised and structured in your working style but comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced business
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills with an analytical mind (confident in liaising with all internal and external stakeholders).
- Highly responsive & efficient
- Ability to work and plan for deadlines
- Proficient Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Hands on in-platform experience of Content Management Systems
- Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
- Knowledge and experience with Marketing data & Automation platforms
- Knowledge of audience segmentation & customer lifecycle structural marketing
