Dental Receptionist

**National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Dental Receptionist to assist the team in our thriving NDC Kooringal practice on a casual basis.**

**Casual position - must be available to work 5 days a week in the short term.**

**About the Role**

As a Dental Receptionist in our thriving Kooringal practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

**Skills & Experience**

**You have**:

- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - required

**You are**:

- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
