**Job Title**: Phone & Laptop Repair Technician - Full-Time/Part-Time/casual
**Location**: Footscray, VIC

We are known for our fast, friendly, and reliable service — and now we’re growing We're looking for skilled and passionate repair technicians to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on phones, tablets, and laptops
- Replace screens, batteries, and other components with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
- Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and device models

**Requirements**:

- **Must have at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience** in repairing either laptops or mobile phones
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

**Preferred**:

- Experience with micro soldering and board-level repairs
- Knowledge of both iOS and Android systems

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.47 - $43.46 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Laptop and phone repair : 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
