**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong experience in a Lead Educator role, with a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- A love for community engagement, nature-based play, and creating memorable learning adventures for children.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for building strong connections with families and guiding your team.
- Current Blue Card, First Aid & CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
