**Investment Analyst - Agriculture Industry**

**The Position**
Join a productive, commercially-minded and dynamic team, reporting to the Group CFO with a dotted line to the COO.

Collaborate closely with a skilled group of professionals, contributing valuable analytical insights. Your role will focus on supporting strategic decision-making regarding investment opportunities, particularly within the agricultural sector.

This position is pivotal to the business, offering direct engagement with senior stakeholders.

You'll craft impactful models, reports, and insights, while carving out a rewarding career path within an esteemed Australian-owned giant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer analytical support to the CEO & CFO on M&A initiatives and investment prospects.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial and business case models.
- Participate in M&A proposal creation and contribute to due diligence activities.
- Improve budgeting, reporting, and investment models.
- Innovate solutions for visualizing field-collected data.
- Identify and propose process enhancements for greater efficiency.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or related field.
- Preferred qualifications: CFA/CPA or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power BI proficiency preferred but not required).
- In-depth understanding of livestock and relevant agricultural assets.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with a commercial mindset, delivering digestible reports.
