What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join our Metropolitan Sales & Investments team In this varied and busy role, you’ll be responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day operations.
This full-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.
**A snapshot of the role**:
Developing and maintaining data with exposure to different areas of the property industry and will work closely with the business gaining invaluable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications
Prepare marketing submissions, presentations and proposals
Financial modelling and auditing
Research and track local sales and leasing results
Data uploads and maintenance into company databases
Provide support to our Research team with regular reporting and data
Data analysis and reporting using Excel and Salesforce
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
Tertiary qualification in property related field and/or Analyst experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and provide prompt responses in a high performance environment
