We're Hiring Female Support Worker Wanted

Do you have a passion for making a difference? Are you resilient, reliable, and ready to join a supportive team? Esteem Care Services is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join us 3 days per week (24 hours weekly), including sleepover shifts with allowances.

What We're Looking For:

- A caring and thick-skinned individual who can handle challenges with professionalism.
- Comfort and understanding around medical marijuana use.
- Commitment to fostering independence and supporting diverse needs.
- Availability Wednesday, Thursday Friday each week 2pm-10pm and then inactive sleepover

Role Details:

- 3 days per week (24 hours total, including sleepovers).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
