Care by Phoenix is a boutique NDIS registered disability services provider that is dedicated to providing high-quality support services to individuals in need.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

- Disability Worker Screening Card (mandatory)
- Working With Children Check (mandatory)
- Drivers License (mandatory)
- Your own vehicle - registered and fully insured (mandatory)
- Current First Aid certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current CPR training (or willing to obtain)
- Current Police Clearance less than 3 months old (or willing to obtain)
- Cert III in Individual Support or above (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (or willing to obtain)
- Any other beneficial additional training will be highly regarded

Personal Care experience preferred but not essential.

Epilepsy knowledge, training and management preferred but not essential.

Evening / night shifts and possible sleepovers available.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Drivers Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (preferred)
- 4x NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
