**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 4 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions.

All creative, media and strategy is done in-house and we have a bias for execution. Meaning you'll be responsible for leading and owning creative work streams from ideation through to execution alongside a team of talented creatives.

We're looking for someone who understands how to make work that moves people from never having heard about our brands, to taking action and becoming life-long patients. You will empower your team to move quickly, constantly iterate and scale what is working. You'll create end to end brand identity frameworks, primarily focusing on the brand and packaging strategy across multiple FMCG categories, including; VMS (Vitamins & Mineral Supplements), health foods, cosmetics, skincare, haircare and medical devices.

As the creative lead you will be reporting to the **Head of Product and Business Development;**

**As a Creative Lead at Eucalyptus you will**:

- Direct the ideation, execution and iteration of brand identity related to product & packaging.
- Be accountable for leading the standards and consistency of each brand's identity and voice across all consumer products and within the retail distribution channel.
- Create an environment conducive to breakthrough creative work, including growing and up-skilling a world-class creative team and making space for good ideas to thrive.
- Deep-dive and develop blue-sky primary and secondary packaging concepts across a number of product formats, and work with our consumer healthcare and growth teams to settle on a style and design within a broader range
- Design market-leading new product and packaging experiences across all Eucalyptus brands to support new product launches and initiatives - this includes our prescription, over-the-counter, complementary medicine, cosmetic, food and medical device ranges
- Lead our POS asset and content creation strategy, oversee design inspired brand decks and craft stand-out promotional materials for retail trade marketing.
- Work with our NPD and procurement teams to find a solution that not only works and looks great / unique, but is achievable within timelines, to budget, and with brand guidelines.
- Engage accountable suppliers and manufacturers to deliver high-quality, sustainable and stability-compliant packaging.
- Lead the brand development and ideation process for new business opportunities.
- Attend external events, such as global packaging expo's to stay ahead of the curve and expand our international manufacturing network

**As the Creative Lead at Eucalyptus you will need**
- 5+ years of experience, with time at the Creative Lead/Director level, where you had overall responsibility for the creative of one or more brands (ideally in FMCG).
- A proven track record for directing creative at a high-growth or scale-up business
- Strong leaderships skills and an ability to work collaboratively across channels and departments
- A high standard for creative excellence and the ability to level up the craft within a team
- Demonstrated ability to quickly shift priorities in order to manage day to day communications while setting and meeting strict deadlines and budgets
- A broad range in tone of voice and the ability to make work that resonates with a variety of demographics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
