**What We’re Looking For**
- **Mental Health Experience**: A big plus if you’ve worked in mental health.
- **Experience Matters**: At least 1 year of experience
- **Flexibility & Initiative**: Ready to jump into last-minute shifts? We love a go-getter
- **Reliable Transport**: with fully comprehensive insurance
- **Essential Checks & Certificates**: Current NDIS Worker Check, and First Aid & CPR Certificate (because safety comes first).
- **Qualifications**: EN, AIN, RN or a Cert III in Individual Support.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.79 - $59.02 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Disability Support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Disability Screening Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Location**:

- Redland Bay QLD 4165 (preferred)

Work Location: In person
