North MelbourneFull Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair tools, equipment and structures such as buildings, greenhouses, fences and benches
- Use hand tools such a shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge and bush trimmers and axes
- Installing hardscape features like fountains, lighting and walkways
- Planting flowers, trees, hedges and bushes for commercial and residential properties
- Maintain plants and gardens by watering, weeding and mowing lawns

**Requirements**:

- Drivers licence required
- Personal vehicle is required to be able to commute to and from job sites.
- Genuine interest and motivation to learn the trade
- White/OHS Card
- Pre-Apprenticeship and/or relevant work experience desirable
- Up to date with Covid-19 vaccination
- Must be Australian Citizen or resident
- This is a full time position

**AGA Apprentices will**:

- Work full time (38 hours per week)
- Attend accredited RTO/TAFE training (Paid for by AGA)
- Receive ongoing mentoring & support
- Receive a weekly wage including entitlements
- Obtain personal protective equipment
