With a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and services, Grace Quality Care is seeking a skilled HSE Internal Auditor to join their team in Melbourne. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and provides an opportunity to work in a supportive, high-performing team environment. The role sits within the HSE Internal Audit function and supports the company's risk management and governance processes.

**Your Role**:

- **⁠ Assist in establishing and maintaining internal control manuals and audit plans for key Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) areas within the NDIS sector.**_
- **⁠ ⁠Conduct internal audit testing to ensure compliance with HSE regulations, NDIS guidelines, and company policies.**_
- **⁠ ⁠Follow up on actions arising from internal audit activities, ensuring that corrective actions are taken and documented.**_
- **⁠ ⁠Ensure that HSE compliance obligations are met, managed, and kept up to date, particularly in alignment with NDIS standards.**_

**Qualifications**:

- **Qualified or working towards certifications such as NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), or other relevant HSE certifications.**_
- **⁠ ⁠Knowledgeable about HSE internal auditing standards, corporate governance structures, and environmental control frameworks, particularly in the context of NDIS and healthcare settings.**_
- **⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements in the HSE and disability services space.**_

This is a 3 week contract with the potential for extension beyond this period.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: $39.18 - $78.59 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week
