The dedicated Groups team hours are rostered between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Work hours will not exceed 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing group rates and negotiating with suppliers for both accommodation, conference and events
- Pricing each quote and provision to customers
- Rate Negotiations
- Booking accepted quotes
- Handling amendments and provision of name list to properties
- Ensuring accuracy for invoicing of bookings and handling applicable account queries
- VIP Bookings
- Understanding evolving agency requirements and adapting processes in order to meet these needs
- Follow processes to ensure workflows kept up to dateQuote records, spreadsheets and rooming lists etc

- High level Administration & computer literacy including experience in using Microsoft Programs
- High level of Initiative

- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a positive manner
- Work well under pressure and working with short deadlines in some cases
- Flexibility and strong work ethic
