An exciting opportunity is avaiable for a permanent Manager Education and Learning - Nursing at Western Health. This is a senior management position that offers the opportunity to develop your educational and leadership skills. This role leads a team of education coordinators who lead teams of educators and clinical support nurses.

**To be Successful in thi**s Role, **you will have**:

- Registered in Division 1 with AHPRA and current Practicing Certificate
- Demonstrate successful completion of a Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma in Nursing
- Masters of Education (or working towards)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical or educational leadership role
- Demonstrate advanced clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills including problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation and teaching
- Demonstrate leadership abilities in encouraging and motivating their team to perform at their best by creating an environment of trust in the team and leading with compassion and kindness
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Demonstrate understanding of professional and clinical issues
