We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Worker to become part of our growing team As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production line, and helping to maintain our standard of excellence.

You will be involved in various tasks, from operating machinery to batching and chemical handling and ensuring quality control.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklift machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines
- Batching and blending raw materials
- Monitor the production process and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow batch records and SOPs to meet production targets
- Conduct quality control checks for in process and finished goods
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

**Requirements**:

- Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Heavy Vehicle Truck Licence (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and practices

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
