Our client is one of Australia’s largest food manufacturers in Australia, with more than 100 years of tradition and a portfolio of iconic brands.

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator with production line worker/packer experience being advantageous to support their operations in Dandenong. Working as part of a team, you will be the person who ensures quickly and efficiently, and ambient stock is rotated and replenished in preparation for the oncoming shift.

This is an Exceptionally desirable role. Working on the production line you will be sorting and packing delicious confectionery.
- **The responsibilities will include**:_
- Sorting and packing delightful confectionery snacks
- Refill trays and prepare packaging.
- Work on a conveyor belt to ensure smooth operations.
- Load and unload stock manually
- Place finished goods onto pallets
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Checking goods for damage.
- Preparation work to assist the next oncoming shift.
- **To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate your**:_
- Previous experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
- Follow procedures and maintain the highest level of hygiene Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and Food hygiene is beneficial.
- Certifications in (HACCP and GMP certificates are desirable)
- A driven mindset, excellent work ethic, and positive attitude will make a significant impact.

- Be physically able to lift and move items up to 25kg.
- Ability to communicate and work as part of a team, navigating a busy warehouse.
- Commitment to working safely and always practising correct manual handling.
- Excellent attention to details
