**Restaurant Supervisor - Chillis Group**

We are a local hospitality team passionate about great food, genuine service, and creating memorable experiences. We’re looking for an **experienced Restaurant Supervisor** to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver the warm, lively atmosphere our venues are known for. This role has opportunity to grow into a Management position.

**About the Role**:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a hands-on role in daily operations. From leading service and supporting staff to ensuring smooth, high-quality guest experiences. You’ll work closely with management to maintain our high standards and contribute to the continued growth of our Multi Venue Brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations
- Manage reservations, floor plans, and service flow
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Maintain venue presentation and uphold company standards
- Liaise with kitchen and management to ensure consistency across all areas

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, positive attitude and calm approach under pressure
- Passion for great food, wine, and genuine hospitality
- Availability for a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends

**Hours**: Full-time or part-time available
