What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the catering team, supervising daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of food services, and providing leadership and guidance to staff. You'll manage work allocations and oversee food safety protocols to ensure quality standards are met. Your day will involve regular communication with your team, coordinating training to upskill staff, and evaluating performance to maintain safety and quality standards. A big part of your role will be monitoring the food safety program, ensuring it's followed meticulously and taking swift action when necessary. You'll also contribute to a supportive work environment, upholding Darling Downs Health values and promoting a workplace that champions both health and wellbeing.
