**The Position**:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to join the Food Services team in the role of **Part Time -** **Food & Beverage Supervisor **at our premium education site, **Toowoomba Grammar School**.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

**Key Duties**:

- Assisting the Functions Manager with day-to-day operations across Retail, Residential and Functions
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
- Assist on induction of new team members.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints

**About You**:

- Have an absolute “can do” attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Hold a QLD Working with children check ( Blue Card ) OR willing to obtain
