**The Opportunity**

This is a unique, in-house Paid Social opportunity that will allow you to work very closely with teams across Search, Programmatic & Media Planning who look after activities outside of Paid Social You will operate in a cross-functional capacity to support and leverage each other’s ideas and expertise as you work towards the same goal Due to the nature of the business, they have massive budgets for Meta Ads, and upskilling opportunities on industry best practices.

**The Requirements**
- Passionate about Paid Social & Performance Marketing, comfortable articulating own’s idea
- Exposure working with a large budget size of 6-digit per month minimum
- A desire to grow and learn, ideally with a test & learn mentality
- Proven communication, organisation & time management
- Comfortable working with the broader social team, with a passion to deliver excellence
