**The Company/Role**

Working within the Group Strategy area of a major Australian Brand, you will be part of a young and dynamic team and deal with short, sharp, super impactful projects and provide valuable strategy and advice for senior leadership enterprise wide. You will have high visibility to the CEO and an inspiring leader who is focused on team development and opportunity for the team.

Consultants will regularly design and execute detailed analysis and modelling, draw and present conclusions to support critical decision making of senior executives. You will work alongside, reputable Senior Strategy colleagues to understand Business issues, develop and evaluate strategic options to topical issues, and create compelling cases for change.

**You will have**:

- You will have circa 1.5 - 3 years' Business experience in Management Consulting, Strategy or relevant business role
- True Strategy Experience (Not looking for Execution experience)
- Demonstrate Structured Problem solving and Strategic Insight
- Exceptional analysis skills, complex business modelling skills (preferred)
- Expertise in developing a clear compelling story and deck, leveraging data, research and independent analysis
- Exceptional communication skills both orally and in writing
