**About The Role**

As our Junior Migration Agent, here are some things we would love you to get straight into
- Provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility with supervision from an experienced Agent.
- Be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of a Migration Coordinator and Administrators under the supervision of an experienced Agent.
- Attend strategy meetings with Senior Agents to discuss clients' global mobility strategies

**About You**

The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Junior Migration Agent, and what we are looking for are:

- A passion for helping people and changing lives
- Values that align with ours (check out our website)
- Some experience as a Registered Agent, ideally within Employer Sponsored Visas although this is not essential
- MARA Registration
- The ability to meet deadlines and work to budgets
- A high level of attention to detail
