Gardener/Groundsperson required for Bayside Council

**Your new company**

Your new company is a local government branch which is an innovative customer-centric leader in park services for the Bayside community. This council is known for providing community services and facilities to a growing population representing many different cultures.

**Your new role**
- Deliver highly skilled and specialist horticultural and grounds maintenance services
- Correctly apply, use and maintain a broad range of plant, tools and equipment used in horticultural and grounds maintenance services.
- Communicate with both internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner to achieve positive outcomes for the Parks and Conservation unit as a whole.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed in this role, you will be experienced in a similar role or industry. You will ideally have
- Demonstrated technical skills, knowledge and interest in horticulture or related discipline.
- MR licence
- Proven ability to deliver quality horticultural and grounds maintenance services in an efficient, effective and timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to correctly apply, use and maintain a broad range of plant, tools and equipment used in horticultural and grounds maintenance services.

**What you'll get in return**

You will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest employers on the Bayside. You will work a 9 day fortnight in a casual assignment with the possibility of extension, and a competitive hourly rate.
