**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated **Groundsperson** to join our team, playing a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the grounds of the College. This position is responsible for ensuring that the College grounds are kept neat, tidy, safe, and hygenic, while contributing to the overall beautification and safety of the environment. This role also supports the Events team with logistics for events as required.
This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and visually appealing environment.
This is a Full Time, Perm Role. Working Hours: Mon to Wed, Fri, 7.00 am to 3.00 pm; Thurs 6.30am to 3.00pm

**About you**
- Certificate III in Horticulture, Greenkeeping or Nursery Hand Experience Preferred.
- Experience in mowing, trimming plants, hedging, and using related machinery and chemicals.
- ACDC Certificate advantageous.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Blue card (Working with Children).
