Reporting to the National Sales Manager for Medical Gas, the Health Professionals Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and overseeing the sales process for medical gases, medical products, and associated services to healthcare professionals.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Main duties and responsibilities include:

- Growing sales and developing our business over the assigned territory (New South Wales)
- Sourcing new clients and customising our services to meet their needs
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers
- Investigating and resolving customer problems if needed
- Promoting a culture of Safety First with our stakeholders
- Maintaining a database of clients and prospective customers
- Organising trainings for customers and prospects on the safe use of medical gases, integrated cylinders, equipment
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with State Departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering and other business related activities
- Actively participate in tendering processes
- Attending trade shows and actively participating in the promotion of Air Liquide Healthcare
- Assisting the operations team in planning future asset requirements
- Participating in customer holdings, safety or back-up audits

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Tertiary qualifications in Sales or a related field
- Experience in Sales preferred
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- High interpersonal skills allowing for effective communication with our stakeholders
- Excellent computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
