**About the Role**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate **Personal Care Workers** to support clients across **Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay**, and surrounding areas.

**Your duties will include**:

- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry)
- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
- Meal preparation and medication reminders
- Transport and shopping assistance
- Developing meaningful, long-term client relationships

Your support helps our clients feel valued, confident, and respected in their daily lives.

**What We’re Looking For**

We require availability to commence shifts between **6:00am and 6:30am on weekdays** to meet client needs.

This is a **part-time role**, offering a **minimum of 30 hours per fortnight**, with potential for more hours depending on your availability, travel flexibility, and experience.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A current Police Clearance Certificate
- An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Or currently studying towards a Nursing qualification
