- Design and moderate qualitative customer and user research (in-depth interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiry, lab and remote-based user testing).
- Work collaboratively with our partners in the Insights team to design and conduct quantitative user research (online surveys, A/B or multivariate testing).
- Synthesise findings from primary research and other data sources, and develop reports of an excellent standard, which clearly and effectively communicate insights, implications and recommendations, with due consideration of business requirements & technical limitations.
- Develop artefacts such as personas, experience and customer journey maps, service blueprints and user stories.
- Play an important role in our experience design team, refining and evolving our design process and staying up-to-date on the latest design and technology trends.

**You will also have the opportunity to ~**
- Contribute to new business pitches
- Shape client proposals

- Develop a CX strategy for a challenger bank
- Conduct CRO Audits
- Conduct foundational research for a large government department to ensure accessibility to essential public services

**To understand the work we do, here are some recent projects ~**
- Accessibility research for a large government department focused on establishing moments that matter and pain points for high-need individuals. This was a ride-along experience, with the key artefact being journey maps.
- Working with a global consumer brand to journey map a significant campaign, to understand how technology can be leveraged to measure ROI
- Plan how to extend a brand campaign across an experiential activation at the Australian Open, leveraging technology to create measurable outcomes.
