Ready to take your recruitment skills to a role where you can make a real difference? We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team for a 12-month fixed term contract. This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities and helping drive our business forward.
What will you be doing?
Your contribution will help deliver quality hires efficiently, supporting the business through growth and change. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Leverage and expand established networks in the engineering fields to source top talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and shape recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to leadership teams, sharing progress, insights, challenges, and recommendations that support workforce planning and decision-making.
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant managing early to mid-level roles.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and consult across all business levels.
- Strong multitasking ability, delivering results efficiently under pressure.
- Expertise with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred) to streamline hiring processes.
- Proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Deep commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and thriving both independently and as part of a team.
