Key Responsibilities:

- Acts as a liaison between business system owners and the information systems technical staff to interpret needs into specifications.
- Deliver a Global Standard for systems training (Train the trainer, Base Training, Go-Live Support)
- Bug testing for iSar / AIMS as issues are reported by CHC, along with other system users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve iSar / AIMS issues reported by CHC operations
- Add and modify restrictions to iSar / AIMS based on the needs of the user. (Systemic Rule Changes)
- Works closely with 3rd party vendors and internal IT team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Gathers business requirements, develops presentations and prototypes to illustrate solution options followed with detailed design, development, testing, implementation, and stabilization of end-to-end solutions.
- Ensures products are fully compliant with CHC’s global operations in order to meet all AOC regulations.
- Engage with global flight operations teams to ensure system efficiencies and drive modern technologies such as digitization and integration.
- Develops end to end test scenarios and works with business to complete UAT testing as needed
- Works partly in a support/sustainment environment as well as project-based environment.
- Drives timely resolution of issues/tickets assigned through entire lifecycle - Inception to Closure.
- Support may be required during off-peak hours for critical operational issues.
- Works collaboratively with various IT and business stakeholders either on site or at remote locations.
- Creates knowledge documentation for IT Service Desk 1.5 team
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Global Travel up to 50% (as new systems are rolled out globally). Reduce to 25% after sustained rollout.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Computer Science, related program, or equivalent experience

**Skills/Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years supporting iSar / AIMS or comparable flight operations software.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the aviation industry with operational experience to include flying, engineering or business operations required
- Verbal and written communication skills along with a sense of resilience
- Operationally focused with sufficient working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
- Strong communication, computer, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across multiple levels of IT and business and global time zones as required
