**The role**

Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Mesh Bar team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Providing operational support
- Assisting with financial evaluation
- Demonstrating leadership to team members.

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Extensive Beverage knowledge
- 24/7 availability with willingness to work overnight and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively in a busy bar environment
- Natural leader and can keep staff motivated and engaged at all times
- Ability to effectively lead a team and view, schedule and manage rosters
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent time management skills

**Additional Information**:
To be successful, you’ll:

- Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificate
- Hold an Unrestricted Approved Managers License

This role requires:

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a customer facing role
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
