**Job Description**:
The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our fun and dedicated Front Office team on a Full Time basis.

In your role you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the hotel Front Office and team. This role is hands-on, customer focused, and requires a person who can help lead the team in meeting and maintaining brand standards to achieve a reputation as a market leader in the industry.
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
- Effective coordination and supervision of all guest arrivals and departures
- Effectively communicating with all departments of the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved
- Managing customer relations to deliver truly memorable experiences for our guests
- Utilisation of the Front Office system to meet operational needs and produce accurate reports
- Lead, develop and train the team of Front Office professionals
- Ensure safety, security and legislative requirements are being met

**Qualifications**:
You
You will have a Front Office background and previous experience in a similar role, have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and be committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
As a Customer Service professional and Leader of People you will be a natural people person with exceptional communication and guest service skills and you will have full Australian Work rights.
