The Information Management and Technology Division guides the Departments' digital capability and is leading digital transformation for the Department including Victorian government schools. The Division architects, manages and supports the largest technology network in Victoria, supporting a user base of approximately 750,000 staff and students.

IMTD provides innovation and leadership in the transformation and management of the Department's digital capability through the implementation of solutions on the department's cloud environment (IaaS), enterprise cloud platforms (PaaS) and software (SaaS), using agile practices with a focus on user experience, security, and integration.

**About the Role**

A fantastic, ongoing opportunity exists for the Delivery Manger within the Digital Design and Innovation Branch. The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end stakeholder experience with a particular focus on executive engagement and delivery excellence. In particular this role will focus on the discovery, design and delivery phases of product development through to prioritisation for mobilisation. It will be essential that the incumbent focusses on the Department of Education digital strategies, including compliance with the enterprise architecture. You will be required to develop processes and procedures that enable a seamless outcomes for partner stakeholders. Strong executive stakeholder management and problem resolution will be key aspects of the role.

In this role you will be required to support the development, implementation, and promulgation of the Department's Digital Corporate strategy and priority programs, with a key focus on the role of the stakeholder. Previous experience in the engagement of executive stakeholders, System Integrators and vendors in the development, configuration and engagement with digital platforms will be of benefit. Process development will also be an important facet of the role.**

- Demonstrated experience as an effective and articulate communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver service excellence across the fully product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to traverse both business and technology to build strong alignment between delivery teams and customers.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Demonstrated experience managing internal and external stakeholders in high-profile, or complex projects to achieve success.

**Desirable**Qualifications and Experience**

Desirable : Relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline highly regarded.
