**The Role**
A fantastic opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our **Fyshwick **Office as **Property Assessor**. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for conducting property condition assessments, rating assets on site and providing detailed reports through the use of property assessment software.
**Skills and experience**
- A building trade background with supervisor's license (preferred not essential)
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- White card, asbestos awareness, and silica awareness certificates
- Competent use of basic hand tools
- Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills
