The primary purpose of the CRO Manager is to partake in and manage given CRO operations. A large part of this position is to work with and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies therefore written, verbal and presentation skills need to be of a high standard. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be a key stakeholder in enabling OMG to hit their Lead, Revenue and Brand targets with the constant improvement of CRO being top of mind.

CRO*
- Carry out Multivariate and A/B testing, analyse results and make recommendations for future tests
- Understand the digital customer journey and continuously look to optimise and improve user flow
- Work closely with a variety of departments and partners to execute experiments including - UX, Digital, SEO and web developers
- Managing and implementing tagging with GTM, assisting with day-to-day tracking and optimisation of digital assets and campaigns
- Leverage new technologies to improve conversion rates and project manage their implementation
- Improving internal techniques, processes, documentation and quality assurance.
**Additional**
- Explain ideas clearly, write appropriate briefs, and participate in brainstorming sessions
- Understand the ideology of RICE
**Reporting**
- Have good knowledge of tracking best practices to report correctly
- Be able to report on budgets spent and targets to date for channels worked on
- Work closely with the Hubspot team to create reporting dashboards that give all the metrics needed for channels worked on
**Risk **Management**
- Responsible for the identification and management of risk in day-to-day responsibilities
- Comply with OMG policies and procedures including completing mandatory training within the required timeframes
- Role model positive risk behaviours and contribute towards a strong risk culture at OMG

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant experience
- Minimum 5yrs of experience in CRO and improving metrics
- Experience of both Agency and Client side an advantage
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Proven experience, 5yrs in CRO
- Experience IN A/B and MVT testing
- Ability to track correctly using Tag Manager, Analytics and any 3rd party platforms
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
