One of the largest and most successful foam manufacturing organisations in the world are looking for an experienced Machine Operator/Team Leader to join their team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage production team of up to 6
- Improve productivity including machine utilisation
- Organise priorities and allocate work
- Direct participation in all production processes to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitoring our workplace health and safety program
- Where necessary, machine operation will form part of this position including forklift driving
- Training of operators to ensure appropriate levels of skilled personnel are available
- Marshalling product ready for despatch
- Truck loading

**What you need**:

- Forklift license
- Proven leadership experience
- Ability to increase production
- Lead, mentor and take charge of the afternoon shift.
- Intermediate computer experience required.
- Analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective problem solving and planning skills.
- An ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with attention to detail.

**Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential**.
