**About the Role**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcer. Reporting to the Head of Talent, this role will support our Talent Partners in each state across Australia and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support the growth and success of our restaurants. This is an opportunity to showcase your recruitment skills and contribute to our mission of transforming the burger industry.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate closely with the Talent Partners and Operations Team to support the recruitment process for restaurant management positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in management recruitment to continuously improve our sourcing strategies.
