**Your role**:

- Lead the growth strategy for the Molecular Imaging / Nuclear Medicine business
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clinical customers and stakeholders
- Lead a high-performing team and guide them through strategy execution and day to day priorities.
- Manage go-to-market execution, budget planning, and business performance
- Navigate a highly regulated, relationship-driven market with credibility and confidence Collaborate with global teams to align execution with broader product and business strategy

**Your expertise**:

- You bring a strong knowledge of MI and Nuc Med with the ability to engage with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders
- Proven experience in commercial, product or business management
- Confident balancing customer expectations with business objectives
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and execute
- Tertiary qualifications in science, or related fields
- Willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand
- Evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
