**About the role**

To effectively lead the team to provide the business with a procurement system that meets business requirements and is a reliable platform for P2P and S2P activities. The Procurement systems team will be responsible for ensuring all system functionality is operating at its optimal level.

Demonstrating a high understanding of business process and system functionality, this role will identify improvement opportunities in alignment with business process and introduce new functionality in a sustainable manner to the business.
- Utilise leadership and communication skills to ensure the team effectively maintain system requirements
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that department targets and output requirements are achieved
- Review business processes and determine the best system solution to deliver required outcomes
- Ensure professional relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers are maintained
- Ensure the appropriate level of governance is applied to all activities
- Ensure teams work is prioritised appropriately to best meet business requirements
- Ensure system issues are resolved professionally and efficiently
- Manage integration issues within the Supply team purview and escalate other issues as required
- Escalate information regarding system functionality issues to management in a timely manner
- Ensure adhoc requests from the business are actioned appropriately
- Promote a supportive culture that promotes the development of team members
- Mentor team members to promote their professional development & technical abilities

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience with systems management, language and administration
- Coupa experience preferred
- Good time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, autonomously and in a team environment.
