**Our Family**:

- We have a 15, 13 and 9 year old.Two of our children have additional needs, including anxiety, ADHD, and one with an autism diagnosis (mild), so we are looking for someone with experience in or a strong understanding of working with children with special needs.

**Your Duties**:

- Supporting the unique needs of each child with patience and understanding Helping with after-school routines and activities Assisting with light meal preparation or snacks Engaging in meaningful activities tailored to the kids' interests and developmental needs Homework support What We're Looking For: Experience working with children with additional needs, such as anxiety, ADHD, or autism (essential) A kind, patient, and proactive individual who can adapt to different situations Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent references This is not just a regular nanny position - we're looking for someone who understands the unique challenges and joys of working with children with diverse needs.
