Work for one of the biggest security companies in Australia.

We are looking for a Senior Level Security Manager to look after one of the biggest contracts in the country.

They will be an expert in all areas of physical security, access control, communications and radio use/procedures and dispatching personnel in an efficient manner. In addition to his proven leadership skills.

They will have experience leading various sized teams in difficult situations, have the ability to quickly foster a working relationship that instil trust, mutual respect, and maximizes cooperative output. Has strengths in developing subordinates, managing dynamic problems, and maintaining balance and control in challenging environments.

This role is based in Canberra.

**Salary**: $75,348.44 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
