Due to the ongoing success** NATIONALLY **of our** ROADS, AVIATION & CIVIL** team, we have a need for additional Civil Engineering capability to join the** TRANSPORT **operations. We are inviting applicants at various levels who want to have a role in growing our local teams and the opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major **CHANGE MAKING PROJECTS**.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Civil Engineers - Road Infrastructure
- Civil Technician - Road Drafters
- Civil Technologist - Road Designers
- Water Resources Engineers
- Drainage Engineers
- Utilities Engineers
- Pavement Engineers
- Technical Project Managers

**At what level**:

- Principal Engineer: 15+ years of experience
- Associate Engineer: 10+ years of experience
- Senior Engineer: 6+ years of experience
- Civil Engineer: 2+ years of experience

**What we will love about you**:

- Civil Engineering degree (or relevant qualification)
- Be Chartered or working towards (if relevant to the role)
- Post qualification experience working on state government projects (TfNSW, WAMR, TMR, VIC Roads)
- Extensive experience in the technical delivery and management of planning and detailed design roads and highways projects
- Have a strong client and pro-active team focus
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and quickly gain the respect of team members and clients
- Capacity to imagine, articulate and introduce new and better ways to improve the efficiency in project delivery and improve the quality of deliverables
- Experience in various project phases including Planning (such as the preparation of Options Analysis and Business Case), Concept Design, Tender Design, Detailed Design, Construction Phase Services, Asset Management or Contract Administration
- Experience or understanding of software packages/platforms such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, 12D, Civil 3D, Bently, Open Roads, etc.
