Production Manger

They are looking for an experienced Production Manager who has worked within a large organisation where process improvement, training, quality production outcomes and developing people were highly regarded.

Delivering the department Strategy for Manufacturing

Ensuring all employees understand their role and their key responsibility areas

Refining, developing, and delivering training

Providing insight into the commercial direction of the factory with consideration to the annual budget and monthly forecasting

Manage all projects and day to day activities for the effective running of the facility

Consistently ensuring quality is delivered to a high standard

Accountability for P & L, cost, and efficiency improvements

Embedding manufacturing site procedures that ensure production capacity is maximised

Supporting the team to create standards and deliver solutions to our customers

Manage team performance and achievement of timely and efficient delivery of products
