**About the Role**:
**Requirements**:
✔ **Minimum 2 years** of professional gardening experience
✔ **Certificate II in Horticulture** (or higher)
✔ Strong knowledge of **quality gardening techniques**
✔ Ability to **operate and maintain professional gardening tools**
✔ **Excellent communication skills** and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
✔ **Fluent in English** (spoken and written)
✔ **Valid Australian Driver’s Licence** (mandatory)
✔ **Current National Police Clearance** (or willingness to obtain)
