About You

We are looking for people who are interested in this job and will commit longer than 6 months so unfortunately we won't be taking on any working holidays makers/backpackers.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working gardener to join our maintenance team. This hands-on role will see you working across a variety of gardens and landscapes, helping keep them looking their best. You'll work with a team but also be trusted to work independently, depending on the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • General garden maintenance: mowing, whipper-snipping, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching
  • Planting and plant care (including lawns, shrubs, and garden beds)
  • Basic irrigation checks and repairs
  • Using and maintaining gardening tools and machinery (hedge trimmers, blowers, mowers, etc.)
  • Keeping work areas neat, tidy, and safe
  • Providing friendly and respectful service to clients
  • Supporting the wider team and helping out where needed

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in gardening, landscaping or similar outdoor work
  • A good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
  • Basic knowledge of garden tools and safe work practices
  • Current driver's licence preferred
  • Must have the right to work in Australia

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Experience with irrigation systems
  • Any horticulture or landscaping qualifications
  • Familiarity with basic handyman or trade work (e.g., fencing, paving)
