PERSOLKELLY is seeking a **Technical Applications Officer** to join our clients team.

**This role is offered as a 2 year fixed term role, with the potential to go permanent.**

**About the role**

**Duties**
- Delivering a timely, responsive, and professional service while managing customer expectations.
- Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met to mitigate risk.
- Managing assigned workload and customer experience.
- Efficient handling of general and specialised queries and escalating where required.
- Sharing of technical knowledge and information.
- Responsible for planning and implementing daily and weekly allocated work.
- Responsible for end-to-end management of assigned task including the escalation of issues outside of process

**You will ideally prossess**:

- Competent in MS Office
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to and support customer service objectives
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide a National Police Clearance
