**The Position**
Position Title: Executive Assistant - Clinical Governance
Classification: HS3 - HS23
Salary per hour (exc. super): $37.67 - $39.00
Hours per fortnight: 76
Employment Status: Permanent

**Role Description**
The Executive Assistant has primary responsibility for providing high level administrative and executive management support to the Chief Medical Officer and, where required, to the Deputy Chief Medical Officer(s) and Clinical Governance team. The Executive Assistant is required to support and coordinate activities of the Division to provide effective administrative services including organisation and preparation of material for meetings, developing and maintaining efficient and effective office systems and processes and contributing as a team member with other executive assistants.

**The Team**
The Clinical Governance Division has a focus on promoting and supporting patient safety and quality of service. It recognises the importance of leadership, culture, patient safety, clinical performance, professionalism and patient care. The Clinical Governance team works collaboratively with other staff to provide high quality clinical governance support and advice, both internally and when supporting our Regional Partner Health Services.
