**Office for Research Finance Associate**

- The Office for Research (OfR) oversees all aspects of research across all specialties, precinct entities and collaborative partners. The OfR has recently restructured in order to meet the demands of our growing clinical research sector, stakeholder expectations and fully support our Clinical Research Workforce. It provides leadership and operational structure to fully embed research endeavours into the RMH operations while ensuring best practice. As a member of the OfR team, you will enjoy a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

**Your new role**:

- Work within and across different functional areas of the Office for Research in a finance support capacity
- Ensure financial reporting and tracking are contemporaneous and accurate
- Take charge of accounts payable and receivable and ensure billings are operationally embedded
- Assist with all aspects of finance administration in partnership with functional area managers
- Assist in the OfR continuous improvement program to deliver for all our stakeholders

**About you**:

- You have 1 to 2 years in a finance-related role, preferably within a healthcare environment
- You have general working knowledge of accountancy systems to support a business unit
- You are a team-minded individual that is customer focussed with an acute attention to detail
- You have an interest in research and medical services
- You are service driven as an enabler of business and stakeholder expectations.
