Sports Sales Representative

As our Sports Sales Representative for Victoria & Tasmania, you will be drawing on your passion for sports by managing accounts with a multi-sport focus to ensure the Oakley Brand is best represented in the retail marketplace within metro & regional areas.

Working with customers like Rebel Sport, BCF, Drummond Golf, Surf Dive ‘n Ski, Rip Curl & many more. You will take charge of driving the Oakley business within your territory, providing regular updates to the National Sales Manager. This role requires frequent travel, allowing you to meet with accounts in person and strengthen relationships across your territory.

**Requirements for Success**
- Developing and maintaining key retail relationships to ensure effective communication of the apparel, footwear, accessories, and sunglass range
- Developing and maintaining sales targets, sales strategies, and ongoing growth of the Oakley brand to deliver the agreed financial performance
- Sourcing, opening, and closing accounts to develop our business through all suitable avenues
- Ensuring retail marketing and image of the Oakley brand is maintained within all accounts
- Ensuring goals, service requirements and commitment are maintained by each account
- Conducting product training across all the Oakley collections each season with your account base
- Working in conjunction with our internal business units, you will develop and execute an annual plan which ensures an efficient ROI for your portfolio.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience managing accounts in the action sports industry
- Proven record of success in achieving sales targets in a wholesale or retail environment
- Visual Merchandising experience in the retail industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and influencing ability
- Strong negotiating and relationship building capabilities.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A Current driver licence and car
